What I ate Thursday 12wbt Day 39

Welcome to Friday Morning Y'all

Now that I am back to eating correctly, logging into MFP and taking pictures of what I eat it is time for the extremely boring wonderful what I ate Thursday.

I am still eating 12wbt meals I have just been straying a bit off the meal plan and cooking recipes that are not listed for each day.

I also pushed my Calorie intake up a little because as my trainer delicatly said it was too low for some one of my weight ha ha!

So I am now reaching for 1,500 Cals a day Okie Dokie Artichokie.

Lets check out Thursday 12wbt Day 39! WOW


BREAKFAST
Breakfast was once again a green smoothie, I love this smoothie SO MUCH! It makes it easy for me to quickly get some breakfast into my system before I rush of to work and it tastes GREAT!
Breakfast Cals: 118 Cals


MORNING SNACK
I need to make sure I have a mid morning snack most days, not only does it help me stay fuller for longer but I find that if I switch of for a second and have a little snack I concentrate more on my work afterwards which is always important. I love my morning skinny cappucino, still making sure that I stop caffine by 12pm! I also love having my Chobani yoghurt because it tastes great and I find keeps me fuller for longer, I have noticed that I can never seem to finish a whole yoghurt in the mornings though. I bought some grapes the other day on a whim and took them too work aswell but unfortunatly most of them where sour!
Morning stats: 293 Cals


LUNCH
For Lunch I took a serving of the Veggie Soup I made Wednesday night for dinner. The recipe made 6 servings so individually stored them in the freezer and fridge so I can grab them out and quickly re-heat them without any real fuss. Super Easy and the soup tastes even better the next day! I heated it up in the microwave and everyone was super jealous because it made the whole office smell delicious.
Lunch Stats: 303 Cals


AFTERNOON SNACK
I ate my afternoon snack at 5ish when I got home from work. I didn't feel like making anything too fancy but I really wanted something to eat before I started reading otherwise I might get hungry in a little bit and start searching the cupboards for something to binge on! I ended up eating another Chobani. I need to eat them because they go bad on the 24th of March and the last thing I want to do is waste it so I ate a second yoghurt for the day.
Afternoon Stats: 131 Cals


DINNER
As the weather is cooling down here I wanted something warm, something comforting but not the soup that I had sitting in the freezer as I had already eaten it twice so instead I decided on a dinner that is super easy, one of my favourites and is comforting. I had grilled salmon! I like to keep packets in the freezer so they are easy to pull out and grill for a unplanned dinner. However I didn't have any veggies to go with it so I had a small piece of  sourdough rye toast. Not really a side to salmon but I love sourdouge rye and any excuse to eat it I will take it. 
Dinner Stats: 452 Cals

So that is Thursdays meals and calories. I ended up eating 1367 cals out of my 1500 so I am fairly happy!

    Omg, if I could wear sneakers to work instead of these damn heels I'm stuck in, I'd be the happiest girl ever. Seriously, running shoes over heels any day!
